A longstanding and important element of our business is our ability to offer Land and Property for sale by Auction. With our auctioneering experience over the last 140 years we can provide vendors and buyers with a dedicated service – ensuring they achieve the best price from competitive bidding.

Agricultural land, barns, building plots, residential and commercial properties are all regularly sold at our collective auctions. Properties auctioned by Tamlyns are given full market exposure to potential buyers through our own website, online property portals and advertising in the local and regional press.

The auction process is a very efficient means of achieving a sale at the right price and in accordance with a pre-agreed timescale, and because bidders are ready to proceed in advance, a binding contract is made with the buyer on the fall of the Auctioneer’s gavel.
